Referral to Adult Therapy Services

A referral from a health care provider is required to access Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech-Language Pathology in Prairie Mountain Health.

Prairie Mountain Health has two CTNM areas within its boundaries: Prairie Mountain CTNM and Promise Years CTNM.
