Vaccine Eligibility
Meningococcal Quadrivalent
- Any child born between Jan. 1, 2020 – Feb. 28, 2023, who has not received the Quadrivalent Meningococcal Vaccine.
- Any child born between Jan. 1, 2020 – Feb. 28, 2023, who received the Meningococcal Bacteria Type C vaccine is recommended to receive the Quadrivalent Meningococcal Vaccine for additional protection.
Measles, Mumps and Rubella
- Children age 12 months & up eligible to receive 2 doses.
- Adults born in or after 1985 eligible to receive 2 doses.
