Child Immunization Clinics

  • Meningococcal Quadrivalent
  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella
  • Other childhood vaccines

Vaccine Eligibility

Meningococcal Quadrivalent

  • Any child born between Jan. 1, 2020 – Feb. 28, 2023, who has not received the Quadrivalent Meningococcal Vaccine.
  • Any child born between Jan. 1, 2020 – Feb. 28, 2023, who received the Meningococcal Bacteria Type C vaccine is recommended to receive the Quadrivalent Meningococcal Vaccine for additional protection.

Measles, Mumps and Rubella

  • Children age 12 months & up eligible to receive 2 doses.
  • Adults born in or after 1985 eligible to receive 2 doses.
  • Full MMR eligibility criteria
