Brandon Regional Health Centre (BRHC) celebrated their volunteers on Thursday, April 11th, 2019. A buffet lunch and comradery were enjoyed by the 100 volunteers who attended.
Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is supported by over 1,400 volunteers across the region offering on average 2 hours per week throughout the year. Volunteers support clients and staff in Personal Care Homes, Acute Care (Hospital), Therapy Programs, Mental Health, Public Health, Home Care, Palliative Care, Security Services, Primary Health, Outpatient Clinics, and Emergency Departments to name a few.
In Brandon, BRHC volunteers contribute approximately 40-thousand hours annually to benefit our health services and programs.
