The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) wants to better understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on access to services to prevent, test and treat sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBI) and harm reduction services.
First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples are encouraged to take 20 minutes to complete this online survey.
Input from First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples is essential to providing reliable information on the impact that COVID-19 has had on these services. The survey is voluntary. No directly identifying personal or organizational information is asked. The information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
This survey is being conducted in collaboration with the National Collaborating Centre for Indigenous Health and the National Collaborating Centre for Infectious Diseases. The information collected will be used to document consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples, including changes in their access to health services. It will provide valuable information to inform policy and improve services in Canada.
The survey will be available until September 12, 2021.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
