Taking care of your mental well-being

Experiencing an emergency such as a wildfire, flood, severe storm, evacuation, or other unexpected event can be overwhelming and stressful. It is normal to experience a range of emotions during and after these situations.
Support is available. If you or someone you know is struggling, mental health resources are available throughout the Prairie Mountain Health region and across Manitoba. Below is a list of free services that can provide support, information and someone to talk to when you need it most.
