Get Better Together

Skills to Cope. Support to Thrive.

GBT is based on a program model developed by the Patient Education Research Centre at Stanford University. Trained peer leaders guide participants through several activities each week. Peer leaders are people who themselves have health issues and understand the challenges of managing symptoms, medications and health care needs.

By the end of the program participants will have tools to help them better manage their ongoing health condition(s).

Who would benefit?
