Kidney Health Clinic

• Have your blood and urine tested to determine your kidney function.
• Getting a blood or urine test is important to detect kidney damage at an early stage to determine the appropriate treatment.
• Symptoms of kidney disease take a long time to appear. Sometimes people do not know if there is a problem.
• One of the main jobs of the kidneys is to remove wastes from the blood and return the cleaned blood back to the body.

Nurse Managed Care

Occasionally you may see under the hours of operation listed above “exceptions” where our clinic is only open for nurse managed care. This means only a nurse is available (no doctor or nurse practitioner on site). Our nurses can provide services such as immunizations & dressing changes. The nurse cannot provide sick notes, prescriptions or refills,  complete pre-operative assessments, driver’s medical assessments, or order lab tests or X-rays.
