Memorial Ride raises funds for Dauphin Regional Health Centre
The 4th annual Memorial Ride, which took place August 14th, raised $2,700 for equipment needs at Dauphin Regional Health Centre. This year, the ride —organized by JDS Laundromat and Tony’s Auto & Electric— was dedicated to all the lost souls from Residential Schools.
Some 75 motorcycle enthusiasts and representatives from the Dauphin Car Club participated this year. The Ride covered about 230 kilometres and took participants on a scenic route through Kelwood, Neepawa, Minnedosa and Riding Mountain National Park.
Both organizers John Dulewich and Tony Shewchuk sincerely thank everyone for supporting the great cause and look forward to a bigger and better event for their 5th Anniversary Ride next year.
